We’re a tight-knit, skilled team based out of Saco, Maine, that actually cares about the work we do—and the people we do it with. We show up, we work hard, we crack a few jokes, and we go home knowing we built something real.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience is great, but attitude matters more. If you give a damn, we can teach you the rest. We need folks who fit the bill:

• Knows their way around tools: Comfortable with a paintbrush, tile saw, or miter box (or genuinely eager to learn).

• Reliable: Shows up on time and doesn’t ghost after lunch.

• Takes pride in the craft: Does the job right, even when no one’s watching.

• Independent: Doesn’t need their hand held every five minutes.

• Good energy: Gets along with everyone—clients, coworkers, and jobsite dogs alike.
